Away from the village, in the heart of a quiet hamlet overlooking the Dordogne valley at 500m, in a beautiful family property, this very pleasant gite all year round is ideally located only 9 km from the famous Cité de Rocamadour! Just completely renovated in 2017, this gite has all the necessary comfort to accommodate 4 people. With its light-coloured rooms, its recent equipment, and its furniture harmoniously mixing old and modern, this gite has everything to please! One also appreciates the veranda giving access to the pleasant park planted with trees and flowers and decorated with porticoes, games for children and a large fenced swimming pool. For your comfort, sheets, towels and pool towels are provided.Access to the gite is via the common courtyard of the property, 2 steps lead to the private terrace (with garden furniture) and then a few more steps lead to the entrance of the gite with an entrance hall that leads to the independent kitchen with built-in appliances (fridge top, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc. ...), the living room (sofa, flat screen TV ...) that opens onto a veranda with garden furniture and access to the park. Then 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and one with an extra bed for one person, bathroom (shower cubicle), separate toilet.
