Welcome to Villa Caille Pie, a magnificent wooden property with a wealth of charm and atmosphere, with its heated swimming pool at 28°c, ideally located just 100m from the lake at La Grande Escoure. This 110m2 villa offers a beautiful living space (open-plan kitchen, dining room, lounge), 3 welcoming bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 7 people (including one child), 2 shower rooms and 2 separate WCs.  
  
  
  
Welcome to Villa Caille Pie, a magnificent wooden property with a wealth of charm and atmosphere, with its heated swimming pool at 28°c, ideally located just 100m from the lake at La Grande Escoure. This 110m2 villa offers a beautiful living space (open-plan kitchen, dining room, lounge), 3 welcoming bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 7 people (including one child), 2 shower rooms and 2 separate WCs.  
  
  
  
As soon as you walk through the front door, you'll be enchanted by this bright, welcoming living space. The large glazed areas flood the villa with natural light, creating a welcoming and soothing atmosphere.  
  
  
  
The centrepiece of the property is the superb private swimming pool, heated to 28°c and measuring 8x4m (salt maintained), surrounded by an 80m2 wooden terrace. Imagine relaxing on the sun loungers sipping a glass of wine while admiring the breathtaking views over the pool and garden, in the shade or the sun as you wish...  
  
The garden is a haven of peace, with garden furniture (sun loungers, deckchairs, seating area), a fence to protect your privacy and a gas hob for cosy evenings. The 24m2 covered terrace is the perfect place to enjoy your meals al fresco while taking in the lake air.  
  
  
  
Inside, the villa offers every comfort. The open-plan kitchen, equipped with modern appliances such as fridge, microwave, oven, freezer and dishwasher, is perfect for preparing delicious meals. Crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils are provided for your convenience. The villa is also equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer to make your stay even more convenient.
