« Séjour de deux nuits à El Chaltén. Vendu par le site avec petit-déjeuner, hors comme il s'agit de cabanes, le petit déjeuner n'y est habituellement pas compris, la réceptionniste nous donne le choix d'être relogés à l'hôtel voisin (pour le même prix alors que l'hôtel est censé être plus cher à la nuit) pour bénéficier du petit-déjeuner ou de prendre quand même la cabane et de venir prendre le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel le matin. Le service est de qualité et le village est très charmant »

« Hotel bien placé dans el chalten, service sympathique. Petit dej plutôt bien. Chambres ok. Bruits des voisins assez présents ceci étant du à la méthode de construction Argentine... Le point le plus negatif est la vue d'une grande partie des chambres sur le mur en construction de l'hotel voisin qui s'agrandit... »

« We were not impressed with our stay here. We stayed for two nights and our private room was never serviced. When we arrived there was a yellow stain on the top sheet of our bed. We asked them to replace the sheet and they did, only to replace it with another sheet that also had mysterious stains. The bed did not have a fitted sheet but rather a larger top sheet that rested on the mattress which moved around as you slept, leaving you to sleep on the bare mattress. The bathroom had an awful smell...

"La chambre est beaucoup plus petite que prevu, la vue sur la montagne est en fait sur un parking abandonné, la salle commune qui sur les photos à l'air chaleureuse ne l'est pas du tout. Il a fallu demander une pince metallique pour reussir à mettre le chauffage, etc. Franchement le prix n'est pas du tout en adéquation avec la qualité de la chambre"
