« Great location, “private dock”, place was clean with exception of some beer bottles on the back deck. Hard to communicate with host. No ammenties, TV does not work, not much plates or glasses, and no soap or shampoo in showers. Beds were good and towels provided. Did have a small mouse pop up at the front door which is locked but no one minds an extra visitor right. I’d say not a bad stay but not as good as listing suggests. Book at your own risk. »

« HelloWe stayed for 5 nights and 6 days. We loved our stay. The condo is very clean and the photos in the listing are exactly as pictured. I recommend it 100%. I came to Huntsville for a dance competition (my daughters are dancers). The owners gave us access to the condo 2 hours before the scheduled time, which was a huge help.I give the condo the highest rating of all.I will definitely book this condo again next year. »

« The place is as described, Frank is responsive. My experience was terrible though as we arrived to a condo that was left exactly as the previous guests left it, without cleaning. This not only made me feel terrible, it was an embarrassing situation as I was hosting my family from Europe. Upon contacting Frank, cleaning was arranged for a time that left us in the dirty unit for 20 hours. »
