« Wunder schöne Ort. Sehr gut restauriert und in schöne Zustand. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, wie in eine Zeit Reise. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Dass Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Werde sicher wieder gerne dort übernachten, wenn ich wider in der Umgebung bin toll sehr zufrieden. »

« This was a very clean, beautiful home with lots of added finishes like amenities, decorations, etc. The checkin process was very convenient and the rooms were very fitting to our standards. The only issue we had was the location — without a car or good knowledge of the nearby bus lines, the house may be difficult to navigate to. »

"Hôtel Palace magnifique début 20ème. Il a gardé son cachet avec une galerie d’art par étage. Nous y sentons son histoire riche de ces occupants illustres. Accueil et service au niveau d’un 5 étoiles. À tester le bar Hemingway. Les chambres restent dans le thème de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est très bien fourni. La déception vient du niveau de la cuisine , qui n’est absolument pas au niveau du lieu. C’est bien dommage ! "

"Hôtel très bien situé sur le lac Majeur, proche embarcadère. Grand parking gratuit à 400 m de l’hôtel. Personnel très aimable, chambre correcte, fonctionnelle et bons espaces de rangement. Grande salle d’eau mais la douche est petite. Literie moyenne. Les cloisons entre les chambres sont peu insonorisées. Du choix au petit déjeuner mais le melon n’était pas mûr, le jambon très moyen et le fromage assez sec. Un bel espace pour le bar mais pas moyen d’avoir des cocktails, ils servent surtout des alcools classiques ou des soft drinks"
