I was quite unhappy with the housekeeping. We “preserved” our towels and sheets but didn’t realize that it meant we wouldn’t get our bed made or room cleaned? Our coffee was refilled and our garbage was taken out, but nothing was wiped down, makeup cloths weren’t replenished and the shower wasn’t wiped. I almost wish I had asked for the sheets and towels to be changed because then we would have at least had a wipe down.

The Canalta is always clean and the staff is friendly. If anything I which the tv was larger and their was a guide on the tv. The list they give you is very generic. But overall I would recommend this to anyone.

The carpet in the hallways was coming up and the jets on the tub were unable to adjust the intensity (button was broken). Would of been great for the TVs to have chromecast.

The property is quite new. As such, it was in really great condition. The front desk staff were exceptionally courteous and efficient. There was a lot of parking available and several signs reminding patrons to keep valuables with themselves and that the doors would be locked at 11pm. The room was quiet and well appointed. I really liked the bathroom ammenities. They were locally sourced and Indigenous owned. The breakfast in the morning was exceptional. I loved everything. I had a great stay. Would recommend for sure.
