"Very helpful staff...trouble with TV"

"We arrived slightly before check in, but staff was friendly and offered us a snack gift for the kids while we waited. We stayed at the second property so a short walk to the pool, but it was clean and refreshing. We were upgraded to a larger room free of charge and loved the space. The beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent. Breakfast had great options. "
