« Our family enjoyed staying on this mountainside cabin overlooking Lake Lucerne. Beautiful boat trip from downtown Lucerne to experience city life and nice to come back and wind down in quiet mountainside just below the summit of Mount Rigi. Host was very hospitable with lots of tips and recommendations for the local area. »

Its 15 minutes from downtown Lucerne, 4 to 10 minites from serveral Coop stores and 12 minutes from other fast food places, 5 minutes from a nice sit down restaurant and I could go on. Jobst and Sabrina are wonderful people and were amazing in every step of the way. They both checked up on us and made sure we had a great stay. « Mike's home is beautifully designed and appears to be either newly built or recently remodeled. It is gorgeous and very comfortable! The kitchen is well stocked with new high-end dishes, glassware, pots/pans, and appliances. The bathrooms are beautiful and the beds are comfortable. The washer and dryer are also new and worked well. With 3 balconies and 3 interior levels there are great spaces to congregate as a family and get some alone time. We never heard from the owner before we arrived with any check-in details. We reached out to him a number of times but no reply. We contacted VRBO to let them know that we had not heard from the owner and VRBO tried contacting him and also did not hear back. « We stayed for 8 nights at this homely chalet. With 4 bedrooms there was plenty of space for our group of 5. The kitchen was well equipped [I would, however, have liked some mugs in addition to the cups provided]. The location was excellent being a short walk both to the bus, Jona railway station and to the Jona shops. Overall, a great place to stay on a visit to Rapperswil. »
