Très bien situé et magnifique coucher de soleil
Très bon hôtel, un peu vieillot toutefois, très bien situé avec une très belle piscine en bord de mer. Le coucher de soleil est un formidable spectacle depuis la piscine de l'hôtel, juste pour ça il faut y aller. labuhan Bajo est une agréable ville à visiter en fin d journée et le soir après une croisière en mer notamment dans l'archipel des Komodo pour voir les fameux dragons. l

excellent hotel. nous avions une chambre familiale au rez de chaussée avec acces direct à la piscine. très pratique. personnel aimable et disponible. chaque soir nous avons préféré diner en centre ville plutot qu'à l hotel.

Merveilleux hôtel
Très bel hôtel, chambres spacieuses et propres. Un merveilleux jardin et une superbe piscine. Très bel endroit pour partir visiter le parc national de Komodo. Le gros plus l’extreme gentillesse de tout le personnel et surtout de Carolina Sinta. On y reviendrait avec grand plaisir

Hotel moderne et de bon confort ,quasi vide début décembre,très belle piscine mais fermée dés 19 heures.Plage faisant illusion à marée haute mais inutilisable car caillouteuse et boueuse dés les premiers mètres. Wifi gratuit mais utilisable seulement dans le lobby et au restaurant.

Quiet hotel
Hotel staff are friendly. Quiet hotel. The room were clean and comfortable. Beautiful garden with very short walk to the beach. Breakfast was just ok as they had a limited option.

Decent value in a good location!
Basics are all good: spacious, clean rooms; well-organized airport transfers; easy check/in and -out. Public areas of hotel are suffering from post-COVID benign neglect. Not 4-star property as of now, but easily could be! As such rooms are probably a little over-priced, especially as there seems to be something going on with the booking engine ‘forcing’ an up sell to confirm, when hotel is clearly not close to “very busy”. Overall we were satisfied with our stay and the hotel’s location.

Ok for a couple nights
Ok place to stay for a couple of nights. They did not have the shuttle into town that was listed in their amenities, which was very disappointing since we had to pay for a couple taxi rides. Staff was friendly and helpful, but we tired of listening to the videos and music the restaurant employee had blaring from their phones. Pool area was beautiful and the bar employees provided good service. The beach, however, was littered with trash that they should have been picking up, not just for hotel guests, but for the cleanliness of the ocean in general.

Really great stay.
Beautiful hotel great ftont desk staff...all staff as well wete great but we wanted a spa for our friend and the guy at front desk helped find perfect place. Our last day we relaxed by the increfible pool, great food and ice cold beer...guys heaven...

It's definitely NOT a 4 Stars hotel. The property is old and kind of run down. However the staff was very nice and attentive. They offered help and assisted me before I asked. They were the reason i stayed instead of cancelling the remaining of my stay as soon as i saw the room. If you don't expect 4 Star hotel, then you would be fine!

Resort price with everything closed for xmas and new year. Dining Room is not sure conditioned with many flies and mosquitoes. Tours, massage and souvenier shops closed. 50k each way transfer to town. Beach was dirty and rooms had musty smell. Good points staff were friendly and pool was beautiful.

Nice hotel. Could use a few updates. The pool was really nice. It’s a little ways out of town, but they will arrange for you to have drivers. The staff was great and helpful. The beach is a little dirty. Overall we would stay again.

Decent hotel, probably one of the nicer ones in the area. Was clean, pleasant and well kept with basic amenities. Good bang for your buck. Would appreciate a free hotel shuttle considering how close it is to the airport.

周辺に何もない田舎の中では、比較的綺麗な建物に入ります。プールから小さなビーチに続いていますが、流れてついたゴミが溜まっていまるので決して泳ぐようなビーチではありません。お部屋は古いながらも清潔に保たれています。周辺にはレストランやお店はありませんので、食事はタクシーで町まで出るか、ホテル内のレストランで。レストランの朝食バイキングはいまいちです。 コモド島ははっきり言って期待外れでしたが、ピンクビーチがあるロングビーチは素晴らしかったです。私は親子2人でスピードボートという小型のボートをチャーターして、5、6時間で島をまわりました。前日に現地のお店で交渉し、1人約2万円でした。

The hotel itself is very nice. Given the location of the town, the amenities are what should be expected. But if you expect to sit on a nice clean beach, think again. There is a lot of garbage on the narrow strip of coarse sand. I didn't even go in the water because it seemed quite murky and muddy. At least the views were nice.

Ok for a few days.
The 3rd room was good. The 2 rooms we had before were either dirty or had ants roaming around the bed area. The staff was ok but forgot to call us a taxi even though we double checked with the staff the night before. Bring mosquito spray!

The hotel is rated 4 stars but I found this hard to justify after my stay. Our bedroom had several insects, the bathroom was cramped and needed refurbishing, hygiene at the breakfast buffet was appalling (fruit platter was inedible as it was covered in black flies) and many of the staff were rude and unable to speak conversational English. Room service was very slow. On the positive side though, the hotel organised a good tour to the Komodo national park through East Tours and the swimming pool is nice (if you don’t mind swimming in leaves/insects after midday).

This hotel looks beautiful and the garden/pool area is a nice place to spend time. I read some comments about trash on the beach, but I didn't find it. Everything looks clean! But the hotel is located far away from the town centre and it's about a 20 minute walk to the nearest supermarket/restaurant. It's not the most romantic walk ever, so you might want to grab a taxi or rent a scooter. The WiFi is very much unreliable, there isn't even internet in the lobby. Based on the location far away from the town and the WiFi problems I wouldn't recommend staying in this hotel. But I can't promise it will be better in a different hotel, because when you walk in Labuan Bajo you'll see that most hotels seems to be even worse. PS They just opened a real Starbucks in town!
