She is 40 square meters and is a Non smoking apartment. 3 Floor of an apartment complex right in Laboeer center, surrounded by numerous small shops, boutiques, small cafes and restaurants, 100 meters from the sandy, gently sloping Baltic Sea beach. An ideal base for a relaxing, fun-filled holiday. Let yourself be enchanted by the atmosphere. The one-room apartment is well served by an elevator, has a separate kitchen, a shower room and a corridor and a sunny balcony. Room for two people. The double bed 160 X 200 cm has two separate mattresses with adjustable slatted frame. The living room offers a comfortable reclining chair plus ottoman, and a black leather sofa, comfortable seating to make it up 'at home' comfortable. The large flat screen TV with Blue Ray player also invites it. DVD'S, CDs, a collection of games and a driving library is on site. The kitchen has a dishwasher and has plenty of accessories to be able to actually provide themselves. The brightly tiled bathroom is spacious and equipped with a fixed shower screen. In the entrance there is a large built-in wardrobe, here you can comfortably accommodate all your utensils and more .... The balcony is sufficiently equipped with modern, gray aluminum furniture and decorated with boxwood. A wonderful place to relax. Your car and your bike are also well accommodated directly at the house. From the 15th May to 14\. Zum Hundestrand kann man laufen, es gab zahlreiche Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich vor der Haustür. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist top und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert (Schlüssel per Post bekommen etc.). Die Wohnung selbst ist praktisch und schön eingerichtet; uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Gerne wieder! ##### Lea O. Es war mit Kleinkind zu klein aber sehr sauber und schon hergerichtet sowie dekoriert.
