Situated in the picturesque town of Vinez, Croatia, it is just 1.5 km from the town center, 2.5 km from Labin, and 7 km from Rabac and the sea. The property boasts a spacious 5,000 square meters of private lawn and trees, complemented by a refreshing swimming pool measuring 7 x 3 meters, along with a depth of 135 cm, available seasonally from May 8th to October 9th. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the outdoor shower, table tennis, badminton facilities, and a well-equipped terrace with a barbecue area.

The property offers a stunning outdoor space spanning 10,000 square meters, shared among multiple residences. The lower level has one room with two beds and another with a double bed, while the upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, boasts one room with a double bed and another with three beds. Both levels are equipped with open kitchens, complete with appliances like hot plates, dishwashers, microwaves, freezers, and electric coffee machines.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Air conditioning and forced-air heating are provided throughout, ensuring optimal temperature control. Outdoor spaces include a 6 square meter balcony, a 14 square meter terrace, and an additional 9 square meter terrace, all furnished with comfortable seating and a barbecue area for alfresco dining. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.
