Property Summary  
Nestled in the picturesque bay of Duga Luka, near Labin, Croatia, the luxurious Villa "Vlastelini II" offers a truly exceptional vacation rental experience. Built in 2018, this modern two-story villa boasts a stunning location, just 30 meters from the sea and beach, with direct access to the shoreline. The property spans an impressive 2,500 square meters, featuring a beautifully landscaped and fenced garden with a variety of trees and wildlife. The villa is equipped with top-notch amenities, including a swimming pool with an internal staircase, a heated hot tub, a terrace with outdoor furniture, and an EV charging station. Inside, you'll find internet access, a sauna, a fitness room, a billiard table, central heating, a burglar alarm system, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer.  
  
Outdoors  
The outdoor spaces of Villa "Vlastelini II" are designed to provide an unforgettable experience. The angular, heated swimming pool (12 x 4 meters, 50 square meters, depth 140 cm) is available seasonally from March 21st to October 31st and features a counterflow system and waterfall. The pool area also includes a WC, an outdoor shower, and a hot tub. Additionally, the property boasts a wood-covered pontoon for sunbathing and entering the sea, located just 30 meters from the villa.

Villa "Vlastelini II" offers a variety of additional amenities to enhance your stay. A cook can be requested for an extra fee, and massage services are available upon request. The villa's interior is decorated with artwork by local Croatian artists, adding a touch of cultural authenticity. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with a welcome pack and champagne. For those seeking entertainment, the villa features a billiard table, a fitness room equipped with treadmills, stationary bicycles, and weight sets, a Finnish/bio sauna, an infrared sauna, an experience shower, a water bed, a 5-zone HI-FI system, and darts.

A supermarket and restaurant are just 5 kilometers away, while walking paths and cycle lanes are accessible within 100 and 150 meters, respectively. Nearby attractions include the pebble and rocky beaches situated 30 meters from the property. Groups of young people are welcome, but a double deposit is required upon arrival. For those interested in water activities, private mooring can be arranged upon request.

This 6-room villa has a total area of 513 square meters, spread across two levels. The tasteful and cozy furnishings include a spacious living/dining room spanning 70 square meters, featuring a panoramic window, a satellite TV with a flat screen, a hi-fi system, and air conditioning. The living area provides direct access to the terrace. On the same level, you'll find a room with two beds (100 cm wide, 200 cm long), a shower/WC, a satellite TV with a flat screen, and air conditioning. Additionally, there's another room with a double bed (200 cm x 200 cm), a shower/WC, a satellite TV with a flat screen, and air conditioning, also leading to the terrace. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. Air conditioning is available throughout the property, ensuring optimal temperature control. A washing machine is provided for your convenience, and a barbecue area is available, perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining. The villa is equipped with a dishwasher, making clean-up after meals a breeze. Satellite TV is available in multiple rooms, allowing you to stay entertained during your stay. A Jacuzzi bathtub is included, providing a luxurious spa-like experience. Heating is available for cooler seasons, ensuring your comfort throughout the year. A microwave and television are also provided for your convenience. The maximum capacity of the villa is 10 guests, accommodated across 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

The villa boasts multiple terraces, including a 50 square meter roofed terrace, a 20 square meter roofed terrace, two 10 square meter roofed terraces, and a 15 square meter roofed terrace, providing ample outdoor space to relax and enjoy the stunning sea views. The terraces are equipped with furniture, a portable barbecue, and deck chairs. Additional facilities include a safe, an iron, and a hair dryer.
