The 3-family house "Lili" offers a convenient location for your vacation rental or holiday rental in Labin, Croatia. It is situated just 100 meters from the center of Rabac and 5 kilometers from the center of Labin, nestled on a slope overlooking the sea. With its close proximity to the beach, just 10 meters away, and the availability of Internet Wi-Fi, parking, and an installment plan, this property provides a comfortable and well-equipped base for your stay.

Enjoy shared access to the property's serene outdoor spaces, adorned with plants and trees. A 10-meter stepped path leads from the house to the nearby amenities, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The property is conveniently located near various amenities, with a shop just 100 meters away, a supermarket within 300 meters, and a restaurant a mere 10 meters from the doorstep. Bicycle rentals are available 300 meters away, allowing you to explore the local area on two wheels. Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 3-room apartment that spans 50 square meters and is located on the 1st floor. The apartment features a practical furnishing style, with a living/dining room area that includes a sofabed, dining table, satellite TV, radio, and air conditioning. Additionally, there is a balcony accessible from the living/dining room. The sleeping quarters consist of one room with a single bed and one set of 1x1 bunk beds, and another room with a double bed.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment's kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Other amenities available to you during your vacation include a shower/WC, a balcony spanning 14 square meters with balcony furniture and a portable barbecue, a washing machine, free WiFi internet access, and a reserved parking spot for one car.  
  
Other Information  
Please note that this is a non-smoking property with a private entrance. The apartment does not have a heating option, but it does offer a stunning view of the sea. The maximum capacity is 5 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Up to 2 pets are allowed, just an example.
