The property features a private angular swimming pool measuring 6 x 3 m, covering 19 m2 with a depth of 150 cm, available seasonally from 14 May to 15 October, ensuring refreshing moments throughout the warmer months. Guests benefit from internet Wi-Fi access within the house, keeping you connected while you enjoy the surrounding countryside. Convenient parking for 2 cars is available directly on the premises, making arrivals and departures effortless for those exploring the beautiful Istrian region.

The outdoor spaces at "Roberta" are thoughtfully designed to enhance your relaxation and enjoyment. The private angular swimming pool, measuring 6 x 3 m with a surface area of 19 m2 and a depth of 150 cm, is accessible via an internal staircase and is maintained seasonally from 14 May to 15 October, with regular upkeep carried out by the owner and gardener to ensure it remains in excellent condition throughout your stay. A spacious terrace provides the perfect setting for outdoor dining and leisure, while the shared yard of 1,000 m2, adorned with lawn and trees, offers ample space for relaxation in a natural environment. A barbecue is also available for shared use, inviting guests to enjoy al fresco meals in the fresh countryside air.

The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses of 90 cm width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom offers 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses of 80 cm width and 200 cm in length. The living room is a welcoming space centered around an open-hearth fireplace, which is present for decorative purposes only, and provides direct access to the terrace. A separate dining room completes the communal living area. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the rest of the living space. Each of the 2 bathrooms is fitted with a shower and WC. The apartment also benefits from a 40 m2 terrace that is partly roofed, furnished with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs, making it an ideal outdoor retreat.
