"Tout d'abord je promets d'écrire avec du recul et avec sincérité, pour moi c'est important de dire ce qui est sans exagération. Premièrement, l'hôte n'a pas voulu modifier la réservation comme demandé par mail par hôtels.com que je ne tiens pas pour responsable. En fait à la suite d'une erreur je voulais venir le jour même ( chambre disponible) et non le lendemain. Eh bien non, l'hôte veut encaisser une nuit supplémentaire, tant pis si j'ai déjà payé pour le lendemain. En plus, c'est par un échange de messages où on sent bien que la personne veut seulement encaisser une nuit et pas satisfaire un groupe de voyageurs qui a fait 950 kilomètres en dépanneuse. Je me suis senti humilié. Et après me direz vous? La chambre n'était pas faite, c'est comme si on allait se coucher dans le lit d'un(e) autre. C'est triste. Il y avait des verres qui traînaient et des mouchoirs utilisés. Un homme est venu constater que ce que je disais au téléphone était vrai et il propose de donner une autre chambre. Non, merci Monsieur, on prend la chambre comme ça. Heureusement qu'ils avaient prévu dans le couloir serviettes et draps propres, maigre consolation. Voilà j'ai dit la vérité !!"
