"Overall the facilities are good. My room was silent and well equipped. Location convenient if you need to stay in the southern part of the city. Staff friendly and helpful. Two issues: scratches on the room floors and malfunction of the phone. Could never contact the front desk by phone."

"I greatly enjoyed my stay here. The staff was pleasant, responsive, and truly accommodating. Sergio (the head chef) went above and beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of. I had some dietary restrictions and he was super helpful in meeting all my needing, even offering some off-menu items and all my meals were exceptional. I would highly recommend Lotto hotel and I'll be repeating my stay soon."

"Lovely hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff was wonderful and incredibly patient and helpful with the clients. The restaurant was quiet, the food was delicious and the priced were really good. The staff of both the hotel and restaurant were BY FAR the best asset of the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel next time I visit to Cali."
