The owners are very responsive, and even offered to have candles delivered when there was an unexpected power outage. Location is perfect for daily trips to Zion National Park. The one down side is the backyard neighbor's garbage dump of a yard that is the view from the master bedroom window. That is not the fault of this property's owner, just unfortunate. We had to keep the curtains closed to not have to look at the large teddy bear hanging by its neck from a tree. There is no side or back yard to sit in, but there is a nice little table out front. The size was perfect. The amenities were spot-on. We love the big couch. We found everything we needed in the rental and especially the kitchen. We were very comfortable and the central heating was efficient. We loved being able to use the garage for our rental car which allowed us to be out of the weather for loading and unloading. The best part about the place was location! La Verkin is a smaller town, but we liked being away from the hustle and bustle of commercial districts in Hurricane and St. George. It still had a great grocery store, coffee drivethru, and Indian restaurant within blocks. About 25 minutes to the Zion entrance which was outstanding. No complaints at all; the hosts were great communicators. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Recommended!!! ##### Colin B.
