You will be staying in a compact yet cozy 1-room studio apartment that measures 25 square meters and is located on the 2nd floor of the property. The living/dining area is furnished with a comfortable double sofabed that can accommodate up to two guests, and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.  
  
Amenities Included  
The kitchenette is well-equipped with modern appliances, including two ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and a supply of Nespresso coffee capsules. The unit also features a shower and a separate toilet. Electric heating is provided for your comfort, and a hair dryer is available for your convenience. WiFi internet access is included, though it may be subject to additional charges.  
  
Other Information  
The property, known as "La Meunerie," offers reserved parking on-site for your convenience during your vacation stay. Please note that the unit is equipped with a smoke alarm for your safety.
