LA TRANCHE SUR MER, hyper city center area. Holiday home 50m from the city center and 150m from the main beach, ideal for parking the car and doing everything on foot. The accommodation for 6 people includes a living room, a semi-open dining room on the fitted and equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a 160cm bed and a third bedroom (3 steps down to access it) with 1 140cm bed, a bathroom with sink and shower and separate toilet. Wifi.  
Outside a terrace at the front and back of the house with garden furniture, enclosed land and parking for 2 cars.  
EQUIPMENT: television, wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, vitro hob, microwave, electric coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, oven, fridge-freezer, garden furniture.  
One animal accepted: €25, the end of stay cleaning is to be done by the tenant. Cleaning option on reservation: 100€  
Sheets and household linen not provided, paid option on reservation.  
Provide proof of civil liability insurance with the holiday clause.  
Holiday vouchers accepted.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est idéalement situé, tout prêt de la plage et des commerces et pourtant, c'est très calme.Il est bien aménagé et la terrasse intérieure, toujours ombragée est très agréable.Le logement reste frais malgré la chaleur.Je suggèrerai juste de remplacer les led à détecteur de mouvements dans le couloir et les toilettes qui sont très puissants, ce qui n'est pas nécessaire, et dérangeant pour la chambre du bas la nuit !
