Location: single-storey house (approx. 1960) surrounded by an enclosed garden with trees (700 m²), 400 m from La Grière beach and 5 min. by car from the shops in the Grière district.  
Layout: 1 large living room, with fireplace (decorative only) and flat screen TV (TNT) opening onto the terrace, at the front of the house - 1 equipped kitchen (4-hob stove: 3 gas and 1 electric, oven , microwave, refrigerator-conservator, dishwasher and washing machine) - 1 corridor leading to 3 bedrooms: 2 with 1 double bed. (140) and 1 with 1 single bed. (+ 1 extra folding bed for 1 person), 1 shower room with WC, 1 bathroom (bidet, bathtub, sink) and 1 separate WC - 1 garage used for storage.  
Exterior: 2 covered terraces (via an overhang): 1 at the front of the house, accessible through the living room and the other, at the rear of the house, accessible through 1 of the bedrooms; garden furniture, Parking on site (parking possible for 1 to 2 vehicles).  
End of stay cleaning must be carried out by the tenant.  
End of stay cleaning upon reservation: fixed price of €100\. Linen is not provided.  
Electric consumption to be expected in addition in low season (from 01/01 to 15/06 and from 15/09 to 31/12).  
Provide proof of civil liability insurance with the resort clause. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption extra out of season

La Tranche sur Mer has had the “European Blue Flag” label since 2002, so you can discover 13km of fine sandy beaches. To make it easier to get around, free shuttles (July and August) are at your disposal and travel throughout the resort from La Grière to La Terrière via the city center. Departing from La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard. Cinema with 2 rooms and the latest films showing. The swimming pool with a 370m2 leisure pool and 4 25m water lines and a fitness area with a sauna, hammam and spa.

Deux semaines très agréables dans cette maison très bien située dans un quartier sous les pins et à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage. Jardin très agréable aussi. Un seul bémol : la qualité de la literie qui laisse vraiment à désirer! Les matelas des lits doubles sont hors d'âge.
