Habitués à séjourner au centre ville de la Tranche-sur-Mer nous avons tout d'abord été un peu déçus par l'emplacement pour finalement en apprécier la grande tranquillité. Pas de bruit ni de passage de voitures. Courses faciles au superU à côté. La plage au plus proche est à environ 10 min à pied avec 2 jeunes enfants. La maison est fonctionnelle, propre et agréable.
