In the heart of La Tranche-sur-Mer, on the seafront of the central beach, the Le RÊVE\*\*\* residence is the ideal place to spend your vacation in a dream setting. It features direct access to the beach, a relaxing outdoor pool open and heated from May 1st until the third week of September, with a paddling pool, jacuzzi, and secure private parking. A laundry room (washing machine/dryer) is available for a fee.  
This new 46 m² apartment, located on the 1st floor facing the interior courtyard, can accommodate 2/4 people.  
It comprises an entrance hall, a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a dressing room, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a toilet.  
It also features a 26.50 m² living room with a fitted kitchen opening onto the living area with a sofa bed that sleeps 2 and a flat-screen TV. You'll also enjoy a 17m² balcony with garden furniture and a private parking space. Shops and restaurants are 50m away, and the beach is in front of the residence.  
One free private parking space is available for one vehicle per apartment. Please note: no visitor parking is available. You also benefit from low-speed Wi-Fi access.  
Pets are welcome at no extra charge. Baby equipment (crib and high chair) is available upon reservation and subject to availability.  
End-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenants.  
Additional services upon request and subject to availability: bed and linen rental, Wi-Fi box rental (€40 per week), and end-of-stay cleaning (€75).

La Tranche sur Mer is a family seaside resort that will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach... multiple landscapes which will not leave you indifferent.  
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche-Sur-Mer retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.  
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche-Sur-Mer is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".  
Four districts, four faces: The town center, La Grière to the south, the Lighthouse to the west and the Hameau de la Terrière.
