Direct access to the beach, a relaxing outdoor pool open and heated from May 1st until the third week of September, with a paddling pool, jacuzzi, and secure private parking, plus a paid laundry room (washing machine/dryer). New 56 m² apartment on the 1st floor, for 4/6 people with a magnificent SEA VIEW! It consists of a 23 m² living room with a lounge, a sofa bed for 2 people, a flat-screen TV, and an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a dressing room. A second bedroom with two single beds (80 cm) that can be pushed together, and a dressing room. A bathroom with a walk-in shower. Separate toilet. Bright apartment with a large bay window opening onto a spacious 14m² balcony with patio furniture. Shops and restaurants are 50m away, and the beach is in front of the residence. La Tranche sur Mer is a family seaside resort that will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach... multiple landscapes which will not leave you indifferent. Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche-Sur-Mer retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village. 13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche-Sur-Mer is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
