Beautiful modern apartment of 45 m2 located on the 1st floor of the residence, without lift. Ideal for 2 people and a baby, this apartment, near the port of La Teste and the shops, is composed of an entrance, a living room with TV and wifi, an equipped kitchen open to the living room (oven, microwave, fridge, hob, Nespresso machine, kettle, dishwasher), a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and cupboard, a bathroom and a separate WC. A balcony with garden furniture completes this property.

Exit cleaning included  
Linen not provided, possibility of renting them, for example pack of 90 sheets and towels: €30 per week, a pack of 140 and towels for two people: €40 per week, pack of 160 and towels for 2 people: €45 per week week. The rates are decreasing if several weeks rented
