It boasts a fenced seasonal swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 210 cm) with internal stairs, a shower/WC area, and an arbor. Additionally, it features a private courtyard, a natural pond, and a table tennis area. Amenities include central heating, on-site parking, and internet WiFi.
