"While this hotel is a few blocks out of the way, it is totally worth it. The staff were extremely kind, courteous, and helpful. The room was classy, elegantly furnished, and comfortable, the bar area (which also featured a small restaurant) had everything one needed for a snack, a drink, a light dinner or (what turned out to be a phenomenal complimentary breakfast). The highlight of the kitchen was their sausage and cheese board which was ample and stunning. What a gem this hotel is. As I said, it's perhaps 5 minutes further away from the shopping/restaurants than we'd have liked, but overall I'd definitely recommend it."

"The staff was extremely helpful in checking us in. She was efficient, friendly and professional . She also called five minutes after we were in the room to ask how is everything . When we told her one of the sink won’t drain. She sent someone up immediately. Turned out we just did not know how to use the sink stopper. LOL"
