This modern and beautiful villa "Villa La Roquette sur Siagne" is a two-story detached property built in 2023, located in a residential area of villas near La Roquette-sur-siagne, France. It boasts a well-kept fenced garden spanning 400 square meters and a heated swimming pool (8 x 4 meters, depth 120 - 150 cm) with a shutter cover, available seasonally from April 1 to October 30. The villa offers convenient parking for up to 3 cars and is equipped with a burglar alarm system and internet WiFi, making it an ideal vacation rental for those seeking a luxurious stay.  
  
Outdoors  
The outdoor spaces of this property are truly remarkable. You can enjoy the beautifully maintained 400 square meter fenced garden, perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities. The highlight is the heated swimming pool, measuring 8 x 4 meters with a depth ranging from 120 to 150 cm, complete with a shutter cover. The pool is available for seasonal use from April 1 to October 30, providing a refreshing respite during the warmer months.

The villa is a 5-room, 140 square meter property spread across two levels. It features a spacious living and dining area equipped with digital TV, a flat screen, and air conditioning, along with a terrace exit. The kitchen and living room are combined, complete with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, also providing access to the terrace. There is a separate toilet on the same level. On the upper floor, you'll find one room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower, and air conditioning, as well as a balcony exit. Additionally, there are two rooms, each with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), and balcony access. Another room on this level has a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower, and a separate toilet. The villa boasts a large 32 square meter balcony and a partly roofed 12 square meter terrace with a north-west facing position, just an example.
