### Family Style Home in Dominican Republic

Villa La Dominiro is located in a Resort on the south-eastern shore of the Dominican Republic. It is a luxurious 7,000-acre oceanfront resort community, offering world-class golf courses including world class Golf Courses. It also has a polo and equestrian centre, skeet shooting center, tennis center, spa & wellness center, beaches, restaurants, an artist village, and a Marina.  
  
You will have access to all these facilities with a daily resort fee of $25 per person/night (ages 12 and over), $12 per person/night (ages 4-12). Children under 4 years old do not require to pay a resort fee.  
  
Villa Dominiro is a modern oceanfront retreat located in the exclusive Punta Minitas neighborhood. This breathtaking property offers stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and the Marina, creating a picturesque setting for a luxurious escape.  
  
The villa boasts an open-plan design with spacious living areas, allowing guests to experience a sense of freedom and openness. The expansive formal dining room is complemented by a fully equipped bar and a wall-to-wall wine cooler, ideal for entertaining and enjoying a wide selection of beverages. This space seamlessly connects to a large terrace overlooking the ocean, providing a spectacular backdrop for gatherings or relaxation while soaking in the beautiful views.  
  
For entertainment and relaxation, Villa Dominiro offers two media rooms where guests can enjoy movies, music, or games, as well as an office space for those who need to attend to work during their stay. All six bedrooms in the villa offer ocean views, private balconies, and luxurious bathrooms, providing serene and private sanctuaries for each guest. Outside, guests can enjoy a variety of amenities, including a large swimming pool and Jacuzzi, creating a refreshing oasis. The villa also features a spacious gazebo with alfresco seating and dining areas, as well as an outdoor BBQ, perfect for enjoying meals and socializing in a stunning setting.  
  
Villa Dominiro's prime location between Minitas Beach and the Marina provides easy access to both of these attractions, offering opportunities for beach activities and enjoying the lively marina atmosphere.
