Casa de Arte offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of La Quinta. Soaring ceilings and a cozy fireplace create a comfortable atmosphere. The Olympic-sized heated pool and spa are conveniently located next door. Relax on the shared patio and enjoy the warm California sun. The open-concept living area is suitable for gatherings, and the spacious primary bedroom provides a restful space. Located near world-class golf courses, hiking trails, and music festivals like Coachella and Stagecoach, this home also provides access to community pools, spas, a fitness center, and tennis courts. Casa de Arte is a convenient base for your La Quinta visit.  
  
The Space:  
High ceilings and a fireplace create a welcoming living area that includes a queen sleeper sofa, accent chairs, and a desk. The dining space accommodates family meals, while the kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.  
  
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with linens, plus a daybed suitable for a child or a nap. A walk-in closet offers storage, and the en-suite bathroom includes a soaking tub and separate shower with rainfall showerhead.  
  
The second bedroom includes two beds and a built-in closet, with easy access to a shared bathroom. The kitchen includes a gas range, refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher.  
  
Within the private compound, green walking paths connect to community amenities such as pools, a fitness center, and tennis courts. Nearby bike paths lead to local restaurants and markets. The unit includes a washer and dryer for convenience.

Getting Around:  
For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

Rates are based on occupancy; additional guests may increase the nightly rate.  
Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay.

High-speed wireless Wi-Fi (+50Mbps) access is available throughout the house, extending to the back patio and pool area. Living and room and both bedrooms feature smart TVs for all of  
your favorite shows and movies.

The home also features use of the garage, AMPLE PARKING in front and provided neighborhood patrol. Trash is located on the side of the garage. Please remove used bedding and leave in the laundry area. Any guests not listed on the lease will be subject to a $200 fine per person.
