Love the pool table and the pool and jacuzzi plus the big yard. This house has everything you need. A small amount of maintenance and upkeep might make it worth the money we spent, but with a Hot Tub that has no jets and is losing tiles all over, a kitchen with old appliances, and a Master with no Tub, we were quite disappointed. Some of the beds were pretty rough in terms of comfort, but my spouse and I enjoyed the master. The house is very large for just two people, but it was nice to have a pool to ourselves. The pool is great - a little rough on the toes due to scratchy surfacing but it was clean enough and the mountain shades it well in the evenings. Probably the biggest complaint was not being able to lower the house temperature below 73 degrees, especially at night, and that the living room furniture wasn't very comfortable. ##### Michael M. We all enjoyed the games and pool table. Kitchen had everything we needed. New fridge. Double oven made baking 2 pizzas at once a breeze. Quiet neighborhood. My favorite part was waking up to the mountain and watching the birds swooping in and out of the small openings. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bath towels, pool towels, soap and shampoo. The pool table and the pool outside were a big hit with my party. But we had 1 major drawback: the AC. The AC doesn’t reach any of the bedrooms except the master (it has its own AC) and my friends were boiling while trying to sleep at night. We made sure all the vents were open and cranked the AC up, but it barely made any difference. We had one couple leave early b/c they were so uncomfortable. Dec 25, 2021 #### Point happy Vacasa has amazing service, easy to reach, clear communication and helpful staff. The house sits on a great lot but it is a shame that it is in such disrepair. It is not a fair offer especially for the high price point. Also the kitchen supplies are low quality. The pool gets heated quite nicely and makes for a nice place to hang out. Check in and check out we’re a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool and pool table, I enjoyed the large kitchen, and we all enjoyed taking walks and hiking in the area. The beds were comfortable. The house is spacious and perfect for a family to spend time in the pool, playing pool, or watching a movie in the living room. My family and I enjoyed it very much. Boys had fun with the pool table. And we all had fun under the sun in the cool pool. House was spotless. And let me tell you Outstanding customer service Matthew was great from checking us in to following up on us making sure we were are enjoying the home.
