The Space:  
This stunning two story townhome is in the most sought after location in Legacy Villas and sits adjacent to the famous, breathtaking Santa Rosa Mountain range. This spacious, 2082 square foot townhome has vaulted ceilings and luxurious travertine flooring throughout with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths on the ground floor and an additional bedroom with full bathroom upstairs. Meticulously decorated and outfitted with thoughtful amenities, you will find yourself right at home. The kitchen is upgraded with stainless steel appliances and is equipped with all necessary small appliances and kitchenware to provide a perfect setting for those looking to cook or entertain at home. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace and large smart TV with Spectrum Cable. There are two bedrooms downstairs (King bed, Queen bed) and one bedroom upstairs (Queen bed). Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with bath tub and walk in shower as well as a smart TV with Spectrum cable.
