LOCATION The property is located close to the Polo Grounds in Indio and all the other popular locations in the desert. The location is perfect for attending any of the events throughout the year including any of the music festivals (Coachella & StageCoach), shopping and casinos in the area. Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay. \*\*\*Pet Policy (Subject for approval) The pet fee is $125+ per pet (based on weight). If it is not processed by the booking platform, we’ll send a request. Pets cannot be left inside the home unattended unless they are crated. (NO EXCEPTIONS) Pets may be left in the back patio unattended as long as the area is enclosed. Pets must always be leashed within the community. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any pet-related damage or violations. Pets cannot be up on any furniture. The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled. You will be greeted by a Service Coordinator upon your arrival and we can be available for any questions or suggestions on where to go and what to do. To get there use Jefferson which turns into PGA Blvd, follow it all of the way to Jack Nicklaus Blvd, and take a right to enter the gate. Give them your name and the property address. Please leave the trash on the side of the home, we pay a company to pick the trash up on the side of the home. Trash pickup in on Monday mornings around 6 am. If you have time please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry, if you have time to start one load of laundry that's great, if not no worries. Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200/fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access. 4 Bicycles are also provided upon request. The golf course is private property, if you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the course, the HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing. The gas for the grill and the fire pit are connected to propane tanks, please make sure you turn both off when not in use. We made this a special trip for the grandmothers and it was a perfect home. It was very comfortable and well suited for relaxing and we all had our privacy. The beautiful surrounding area with the golf courses, ponds and stunning mountains made for wonderful walks and views. Our host Eddy Estrada and his associate Cyndie were very attentive and responsive to any concerns or questions. We will definitely love to return. ##### William (Pete) P. Communication with the house property manager was great responded to everything I asked him about or informed him. Had no issues with the property at all. Did find a little cleanliness was lacking a little bit overall no to bad. I would stay at this location again like I said had a great time with family and enjoying a birthday as well. Clean, comfortable, and convenient, with the added element of providing some fun and entertainment within the property when considering the pool and putting green outside and the pool table and games inside. The process to book, check in etc was super efficient, the property has everything you would want for a fun stay - besides the pool & hot tub, there’s a pool table, foozeball, arcade game and lots of TV’s. The house also is well stocked with whatever you need (towels, kitchen appliances etc) and there are 4 bedrooms so lots of room for the kids to have their privacy. It’s right in the middle of PGA West, so easy access to excellent golf courses. All in all, full marks! ##### Pamela M. However, we did not know about the cameras until after we signed the paperwork. We felt The cameras were an intrusion on our privacy.
