Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Amazing Father’s Day weekend
My family and I had such a great weekend in this beautiful property. We did 3 night for Father’s Day and the comfort and set up of this home made the stay so delightful to fully cook and grill. Plenty of towels to enjoy the pool. Last but not least beautiful views of the cove while enjoying the pool

I spent NYE in La Quinta to ring in the new year while stargazing in Joshua Tree park. The house is a new build and the pictures accurately reflects the property. Nicely decorated and the open layout makes the space bigger. The views of the San Rosa mountains are beautiful. Down sides: there are a couple of dogs in the neighborhood (especially next door) that loves to "talk" non-stop. One during the day (next door) and other (behind the house) at night. I really didn't mind; heck I'm the visitor and I love dogs. The spa drew me to the property; unfortunate the property manager notified me the day of checkin the spa/pool heater broke. I paid extra for a heated pool; and the spa was going to be part of my daily wellness activity. The property manager stated "if we're unable to fix the issues, we'll discuss appropriate compensation". Never heard back from them (avantstay) regarding fixing the pool/spa heater nor "appropriate compensation" since the spa was part of the basic amenities and a key part of the property. I actually had to request they refund the additional fee for the heated pool. I never heard back from Avantstay regarding the "compensation" for the spa not being heated. Solid property; but Avantstay from my perspective falls short of customer service, problem resolution, and poor follow up. I would recommend the property; but wouldn't recommend if continues to be managed by Avantstay property.

We rented this house for a girls trip and it was perfect. The house was modern and clean and had all the amenities we wanted. The location was perfect and only a few minutes drive to shopping etc. We can't wait to come back.

This house was absolutely perfect. It was modern, clean and perfectly designed. We loved the backyard pool. It was a bit of a drive to Palm Springs, that is the only thing to be aware of. We loved the location though and would definitely come back. Thank you for a great time!

Relaxing retreat!
Absolutely stunning property! So close to Old Town La Quinta and beautiful hiking trails! Relaxing family getaway - everything was fully stocked and could not have been cleaner!!!! The one guest bed does creak every time you move….so my son decided to share the 2 twin bed room with my daughter…not a big deal just a note…other than that…truly fabulous! We will come back!

The house itself was beautiful. Seemed to be brand new. Kitchen had everything you could want as far as dishes, appliances etc. But the house was not very comfortable and was very sparsely furnished. No way 6 people could sit in the living room - even 3 was not comfortable. Furniture is supposed to be mid- century modern. Mostly it is extremely uncomfortable. The yard is much smaller than it looks in photos. The pool is minuscule. Having a management company rather than an individual as a property manager was a pain. It took us over 45 minutes to get into the place because the combination didn’t work. Most of that time, I was on hold with AvantStay. Even after we got into the property, we didn’t have a combination for several hours. They promised to get back to us with one, but we had to finally call them. We had trouble with the spa during the entire stay, and again it was a series of texts and requests for photos etc. At the property we were previously at, the guy would have just come over and taken a look at it. Spa wasn’t working right until our final day, when they finally contacted a maintenance person. Nothing the property manager or owner can do about it, but anyone who rents this property should know that the houses are extremely close together, and there are barking dogs everywhere. Whoever is right behind the property lets their dog out every night about 10:30 for at least an hour and it barks non-stop. I would NOT recommend this place.
