Just a 5-minute walk to Old Town La Quinta this 3-bedroom 2 bathroom offers a King in the master bedroom and a Queen bed in both other bedrooms, plus an office. This Santa Fe-style home also has a 2 car garage, private pool & spa. The 1,928 sq ft home has an open floor plan. Featuring, high ceilings, plantation shutters, ceiling fans & Saltillo tile. Entertain outside in a private courtyard lined with citrus trees & west-facing views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Enjoy a modern kitchen with bar stool seating. The master bed offers a Tempur-Pedic mattress, TV, Spanish-style en-suite bathroom & walk-in closet. 2 guest bedrooms share a “Jack & Jill” bathroom with 2 sinks, a bathtub, and a shower. All beds have Parachute Home & Casaluna linen sheets. MAY CONSIDER PETS PLEASE CALL FIRST This home requires a refundable security deposit. The homeowner will pay up to $350 on gas and electric (combined) per month, any overage will be the guest's responsibility.

This Home is a very comfortable place to stay while exploring the Coachella Valley or attending the Coachella Music and Arts Festival, Desert Int'l Horse Circuit, Tennis Events, Polo Games, and Golf Tournaments. Some of the best dining in the valley is just a short drive away. Old Town La Quinta is also close by. There are many miles of bike and walking trails available if that is an attractive activity for you.
