I called management on Friday evening to notify them of this. They said they would send someone from maintenance in about 1 hour. No one ever came, so I called again. I told them that we had guests that wanted to go to sleep and couldn’t access that bedroom. They said they were going to call the property manager. I never heard back from anyone again. We had 8 guests and 2 of them had to sleep on the couch because we couldn’t access the bed in the casita.
