Located a few minutes from the private residence is access to the community clubhouse, which includes a resort-style pool, hot tub, outdoor living/BBQ area, gym fitness center, and shuffleboard. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, guest verification, and a security hold of $1,500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver. Service animals are permitted, and the fee is waived for such situations (however the animal is never permitted to be in the unit alone if it is a service animal). AMEX Golf Tournament: In late December and extending into January, the American Express (AMEX) organization will be preparing for their upcoming golf tournament, which will be hosted on the golf course adjacent to this property. During this period, it is possible that there will be some noise and temporary obstructions to the view from the backyard of the residence as they make preparations for this prestigious event. We've set up a security camera outside, positioned on the front entrance door, and another one on the corner of the garage to ensure safety throughout your stay. Additionally, there's a noise monitoring device in the living room to ensure guest respect local noise ordinances during quiet hours. IMPORTANT: AMEX Golf Tournament: From mid-December to late-January, the American Express Golf Tournament will be setting up for their annual event on the golf course adjacent to our property. This means that there may be obstructions and limited visibility of the golf course during this period. Please be aware that our vacation rental property is located near a golf course. Lighting, music, etc. The spa controls were easy to use and the location on the 18th green of the Stadium course is cool. They were setting up for the upcoming Amex Tourney. I believe the entire process was done on my phone, booking, check in and out and was effortless. We enjoyed our short trip and recommend the home and management company. ##### Omar L. The house was spacious. The kitchen was well stocked to be able to make meals at the house. We all loved having a pool and hot tub available, especially during our stay when it was very hot.
