Property is located in the exclusive Norman Estates of PGA West, an easy 1.5 miles from the festival grounds. The community is "double gated", making it ideal for performers and others who desire a higher level of privacy and security. This is an initial offering; as such pricing has been discounted from the published rates for comparable homes.
