This 3BR/3BA La Quinta property overlooks the third hole on the Arnold Palmer Private golf course in PGA West. It is a single story, end unit that has been recently remodeled with a clean and modern aesthetic. This tastefully decorated home boasts breath taking views of the fairway, mountains and afternoon sunset. PGA West is a premier golf community with perfectly maintained grounds, guard gated access and security. LIVING AREA Inside this single-story condo, sunlight pours through south-facing windows, and tile flows throughout the open floor plan. WiFi and streaming availability on all TV's Natural light is reflected in a mirrored feature wall in the living room, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Feel the warmth of the fireplace as you sink into the sofa and watch TV. Mix up a cocktail at the wet bar and take in golf course views. KITCHEN & DINING The fully equipped kitchen features a stainless steel fridge. An elegant light fixture hangs above a glass table set for eight in the formal dining room. The home was clean and bright just as described and in the most perfect location at PGA West. Easy access in and out of the development and the neighbors were so nice.
