Views from nearly every room in this home!! A double fairway golf course view of the beautiful private Weiskopf course at spectacular PGA West is yours here. Three public and three private golf courses at PGA West along with a full spectrum of outdoor and indoor activities. This four-bedroom 4.5 bath 3,409 Sq Ft remodeled home has exquisite new decorations and new furniture with a detached casita. Large living room and wet bar. All new kitchen appliances and a built-out kitchen island with seating for 4 which is adjacent to the main living area with wall mounted TV, fireplace and plenty of seating. Formal dining for 6.Primary bedroom offers king bed, sitting area, wall mounted TV, dual sinks walk in shower and bathtub. Guest bedroom offers queen bed, sofa, TV with tub/shower in bath. Den with sofa sleeper, wall mounted TV, walk in shower in bath. Casita with queen, sofa sleeper, TV, shower/tub combo. Southeast sun exposure in the backyard keeps all day sun away from the house which stays nice and cool during warmer weather. A large covered patio provides outdoor enjoyment with umbrellas, a table with seating for 6, a portable fire pit, a built-in BBQ, and a sofa for additional seating.  
  
This home requires a refundable security deposit. Homeowner will pay up to $350 on gas and electric (combined) per month, any overage will be guest responsibility.   
  
This Home is a very comfortable place to stay while you're exploring the Coachella Valley or attending the Coachella Music and Arts Festival, Desert Int'l Horse Circuit, Tennis Events, Polo Games, and Golf Tournaments. Some of the best dining in the valley is just a short drive away. Old Town La Quinta is also close by. There are many miles of bike and walking trails available if that is an attractive activity for you.
