On the lower floor are the living room with a wood-burning fireplace, the dining room, the fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom, as well as an area to deposit sports equipment. Its exteriors have a comfortable panoramic porch where you can enjoy a pleasant evening with family and friends, a large covered barbecue area to use throughout the year and an exclusive paddle court where you can practice this fashion sport.
