It is modest but clean. The two ceiling fans and standing fans were helpful because there is no AC, it's not near the water, and it was very humid. There were no near neighbors and it was very restful. There are games to play, and plenty of towels. We never tried the small TV, but used WiFi. There is a nice outside "balcony" with seats, and we had wine and read and looked at the trees. The bed is very, very, very soft with foam pad on top. No closets, but we used the bureaus and coat hooks. We didn't sleep in the twin beds. The water pressure was WONDERFUL and the water heater adequate. Deer would wander through the yard every evening. Plenty of parking and an outside spigot to rinse off your feet. We didn't find cutting boards for a few days, but they are there. Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc. We brought paper towels, dish soap, and TP, but those were supplied. ##### Kristen O.
