Still Waters is a 720 sq ft condo located at 794 Main Street #203,1.5 blocks from the Madeline Island Ferry dock. It is on the upper level of what the locals call “the blue building”, in the heart of La Pointe. A Café, coffee shop, moped rental, and laundry are in the lower level shops. Walking distance to all the restaurants. Still Waters is a one bedroom, with a queen size bed overlooking the veranda at the back of the building. It has one bath with a tub/shower combo. Full kitchen with a coffee bar. It has a spacious living room with Lake Superior views. Seven miles to Big Bay Town Park www.bigbaytownpark.com, 5.5 miles to Big Bay State Park https://dnr.wisconsin.gov/topic/parks/bigbay, and two blocks to Joni’s Beach. The closest tennis court is 400’ at the Harry Nelson Rec center. Madeline Island Golf Club and the Marina are one mile away. This was our second time staying here in late July. The accommodations are perfect for two people. Everything is very clean with nice decorations. The bed is very comfortable.
