As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a tastefully decorated living space, adorned with modern furnishings and a touch of island charm. The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, but with dining options just steps away, you might find yourself indulging in the local flavors.  
  
The highlight of this retreat is undoubtedly the screen porch, offering panoramic views of Joni's Beach. Sip your morning coffee as you soak in the sunrise, or unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets over Lake Superior. The second-floor balcony provides another vantage point, a perfect spot for a quiet moment or some stargazing in the evening.

Parkside Condo 4 has a secure shared door on the second level; and, if the calendars are open can be rented along with Parkside Condo 3 which would serve an additional six guests (10 total guests between Condos 3 and 4 if rented together).

Condiments (including salt & pepper, ketchup, mustard, oils etc. - WI Department of Health & Human Services requires all condiments must be removed after each rental)  
Additional towels for going to the beach (bath towels provided are for use inside the property not to be taken outside or to the beach)

Gas Grill that is shared with all units (if you use the gas grill, please clean it)  
Across the street at Joni's Beach are grilling platforms if you are planning on using the charcoal grill (please bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid).
