The apartment of 55m² located on the 4th floor of the residence (no lift), this spacious duplex apartment welcomes you for your holidays with family or friends.

\- A spacious living room opening onto a south-facing balcony with an unobstructed view of La Plagne, with a lounge area equipped with 2 sofa beds (80x190) and a television, and a dining area with a large dining table  
\- The kitchen, open to the living room, fully equipped with 4-burner ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle  
\- A spacious entrance with storage  
\- A separate WC  
  
At the second level:  
  
\- A large master bedroom with a double bed  
\- A children's bedroom with 2 single beds (80x190)  
\- A mezzanine with a single bed (80x190)  
\- A bathroom with bathtub  
\- A shower room with WC included  
  
Ski locker in the residence and 1 covered parking space nearby in the parking of Plange 1800 (maximum height 1m95).  
  
The apartment is NON-SMOKING, animals are not accepted.

It benefits from a heated outdoor swimming pool (nearby). The apartments offer a warm and contemporary decoration.
