THE ACCOMMODATION:  
This 34 m² 3-room apartment is located on the 1st floor (with an elevator) and can accommodate 6 people. It includes:

\- A cabin with bunk beds  
\- A living room with 1 single sofa bed + 1 trundle bed, 1 TV, 1 stereo  
\- A kitchenette equipped with 1 combination oven, 1 dishwasher, 3 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette set  
\- A shower  
\- A separate toilet  
  
The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc is facing northwest. The ski locker is in the residence.  
  
Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with an additional fee of €40).  
No WiFi

The residence:   
The Sextant residence is located 100 meters from the ski slopes. The resort center is about 300 meters away and can be accessed through a pedestrian path. Public parking areas are close to the residence, and ski lockers are in the entrance.  
  
The area :   
The quietest area in Les Coches, all the residences are situated 100 meters from the slopes and 300 meters from the shops. The Observatoire area provides a very nice view on the valley and Mont Blanc. The access to resort center is possible through a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.  
  
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes...
