The TVs are equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available. Note that there are security cameras on the property. They are all located on the outside of the house, one facing the main entrance and the street, another facing the pool, and the last facing the grill and the street in the rear of the home. They are always on and record on a 24hr lapse. Guests must climb stairs to access certain areas of the home. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turn it off when it's absolutely not needed, and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). We invite all our guests to help us care for this precious asset, following these recommendations: \- Close the faucet while you wash your dishes \- Turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth or lathering your hands \- Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering \- If you use the washing machine, wash only when you have a full load We appreciate your support and understanding & must remind you that the property has water tanks and a full cistern upon delivery of the property and if it is necessary to refill the water, this will be the responsibility of the guest. We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels. Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of check out. There is no daily housekeeping service but if you’d like to arrange to have the home cleaned during your stay, that can be arranged for an additional charge. Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. House Rules: \- Please note that the pool maintenance is scheduled every (Monday & Thursday). We'll kindly ask you to grant access to the maintenance staff, there is no specific time for this service. (the maintenance service may be subject to changes) \- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. \- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. \- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. \- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. \- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property's ground. \- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. \- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay. \- Please avoid moving furniture. \- Pets are not allowed. \- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay. \- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD. \- Trash is collected on Mondays and Thursdays early in the morning. \- Guests must place their trash bags in the metal bin located outside on the marked days. As a precaution, please do not lock the interior doors, as we do not have keys to open them if needed. If locked, we would need to call a locksmith and guests would be responsible for covering the fees. Interaction with Guests: You’ll have complete privacy in the condo during your stay, with shared access to the pool. We’re available 7 days a week.
