Adorned with earthy tones and stunning natural wood furnishings, the entire house is drenched in abundant natural sunlight, creating a serene yet revitalizing ambiance that varies throughout the day. The bedrooms offer generous closet space. Just note that these are not replenished. You will also find some basic cleaning supplies in the laundry room. Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room. Please note if you lose any bath towels, the cost to replace each is $20 USD. Guests must climb stairs to reach the upper level and roof terrace. Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in. Please turn off all fans, AC devices, and lights. Dishes without food should be left inside the dishwasher. A default will cause a $20.00 USD fine. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. Please be respectful of the neighbors. \- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. \- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. \- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. \- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay. \- Please avoid moving furniture. \- Pets are not allowed. \- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay. \- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD. To ensure full transparency, we want to let you know that the upkeep of common areas is managed by the complex administration. While we strive to provide an excellent experience, the condition of these areas is beyond our control. The home is in a wonderful area and it’s large, the pool and surroundings are great. Angel our host was quick to respond to our issues and concerns. We had too much stress with this house unfortunately and it impacted our vacation. The unfortunate part is that the home lacks to make reflective of its looks or costs. We couldn’t utilize the rooftop even if the views were amazing. There was no furniture. The beds are terrible, barely anny mattress and squeaked continuously and kept us awake, that’s how bad it was! No basic necessities such as garbage bags, I’ll spare the details. We ran out of water 2 times, I don’t feel the tank is large enough for a 8 people home and I learned the area is suffering this same situation and sometimes can take up to 4 days to refill. ( not the case Angel was fast to find a solution) but I did get stuck full of soap in and freezing when the water ran out while in the shower! No water no toilets and with kids… well !It almost seemed like the home had not been cleaned prior to our arrival unfortunately. And none of the numbers I called answered me. Only Angel our host was responding but did not want to speak live with me, only in writing. This property is managed thru a company and the owner is distant from the reality. Perfect for larger groups as there is plenty of room and nice distribution of beds with every room having their own private bathroom. Beautiful views of the ocean. The community area was really. My kids loved having a bathroom in their room. We would definitely stay again.
