The house is located downtown of La Paz, 7 blocks from the Malecon (900 meters, an 11-minute walk). The house is new and has a pool (no heating system for the pool), terrace, barbecue grill, fiber optic internet, 2 bedrooms, TV room, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms, kitchen, washer and dryer, and a big garage with electric gate. A suburban fits perfectly in there. The location is walkable to most necessities, and a very cheap Uber to the other side of town (averaging $50MXN per trip). Francisco is a top notch host and actually met us at the property on arrival. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. ##### Jason S.
