It is a few steps from a calm beach and about a 15-minute drive to downtown La Paz and the international airport, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. Step into a delightful home that's all about comfort and convenience. The main floor is drenched in natural sunlight and has an open floor plan that is perfect for socializing with your group. The sitting area has a large sofa with plush pillows to kick back and relax during downtime at home. There’s a fully equipped kitchen ready for preparing any meal of the day and a dining table to enjoy sit-down meals together. For a quick snack or if you need a laptop-friendly place to work or check emails, grab one of the stools at the breakfast bar. Head to the backyard patio, where you can fire up the BBQ, and there’s some outdoor furniture where you can have company while cooking. There are two cozy bedrooms to rest and recharge. The ground-floor bedroom is a sleep haven with two queen-size beds, while the upper-level bedroom not only has a plush queen bed but also an awesome balcony. Imagine sipping your morning coffee here while soaking in the stunning bay views—it's pure bliss! Each bedroom has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and room-darkening shades to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The Neighborhood: Located in a very calm area called El Centenario, offering beautiful beachfront views. Just a short 10-minute drive from the airport and about 20 minutes from downtown La Paz and the Malecón. There you’ll find restaurants, shops and the ocean. Recommended beaches are Coromuel Beach and Playa el Tesoro, and our recommended restaurants are Vrentino, Oliva al Mare, and Harker Board CO. If you are arriving by car, there’s parking in the driveway. Other Things to Note: Before you book, please take a moment to review this info to ensure a great stay: \- We encourage all guests to use water and electricity mindfully, as these resources can sometimes be limited in the city. In the rare event of any service disruption, we always work to resolve it as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth stay. \- You must be 21 or older to book. \- We’ll ask you to sign a Rental Agreement once you confirm your booking. \- Only the guests listed in your reservation can stay with us. \- You might need to show an ID when you check in or during your stay. \- If not booking via ABB we will ask for a temporary security deposit, released after your check-out. \- The home has stairs, it is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. \- For stays 28 nights or longer, electricity isn’t included. \- No smoking inside, and no drugs or illegal stuff — breaking this will cost a $300 fine. \- Please no parties or loud noise after 10 pm, so we keep the neighborhood peaceful. \- Need extra cleaning? Just ask — it’s available for a small fee. \- You’re responsible for any damages during your stay. \- No pets allowed, sorry. \- Gas isn’t included for the BBQ.
