We were supposed to get a Junior suite and it was nothing like the picture. Not enough towels for the three guests, small beds, close to the reception so the noise early in the morning was not fun at all. Very friendly, helpful, wonderful customer service. Was always a pleasure. One night the pool by the suana was boiling hot but the next day it was regulated temperature. Highly recommended.
